What is the Delhi Young Leaders’ Venture Conclave?
It is a curated platform where student-led and early-stage startups showcase their ventures to investors from the Ashika Group venture capital team and ecosystem partners.
Who is organizing the event?
The conclave is being organized in collaboration with Ashika Group and Synergy – The Fintech & Corporate Cell of Ramjas College.
What is the objective of the conclave?
The event aims to connect investment-ready student startups with venture capital, mentorship, and institutional networks.
Eligibility & Applications
Who can apply?
- Student founders (preferred)
- Recent graduates (preferred)
- Early-to-growth stage startups
- Startups with MVP or market traction (preferred)
Is there any application fee?
Yes, there is an evaluation fee of ₹499.
What sectors are eligible?
The conclave is sector-agnostic — startups from all industries are welcome.
Can idea-stage startups apply?
Preference will be given to startups with MVP (Market viable product) or early traction, but exceptional idea-stage startups may be considered.
Selection Process
How will startups be shortlisted?
Applications will be shortlisted through a screening process based on:
- Innovation and problem-solution fit
- Market potential
- Traction and scalability
- Team strength
How many startups will be selected?
Approximately 8–12 high-potential startups will be invited to pitch on campus.
Will all applicants get a chance to pitch?
No. Only shortlisted startups will be invited to the live pitch round.
Pitch Day & Investment
Who will evaluate the pitches?
Partners and analysts from Ashika Group VC team, along with ecosystem experts will evaluate the pitches.
Is funding guaranteed?
No. The VC firm will explore potential equity investments based on due diligence and fit.
Will mentorship opportunities be provided?
Yes, selected startups may receive mentorship with networking opportunities with investors and industry experts.
Event Logistics
When and where will the conclave be held?
]The event is proposed to held at North Campus, Delhi University (exact venue and date will be shared with shortlisted participants).
Is physical presence mandatory?
Yes, shortlisted startups are expected to pitch in person unless informed otherwise.
Will travel or accommodation be provided?
No accommodation will be provided.
