Synergy produces in-depth research and analytical publications aimed at strengthening financial understanding and market awareness. Echelon: Quant Finance Bootcamp
Echelon is an intensive three-day Quant Finance Bootcamp designed for students, featuring expert speaker-led sessions on core concepts such as asset returns, financial data analysis, portfolio theory, and risk modelling. The program also includes hands-on Python learning along with curated resources and learning modules to build practical understanding of quantitative finance.
Global Microfinance Case Competition – DU Heats
Synergy, the FinTech & Corporate Cell of Ramjas College, successfully hosted the Delhi University heats for the Global Microfinance Case Competition in collaboration with the University of Melbourne, bringing together students to analyze real-world microfinance challenges, develop innovative financial solutions, and present strategic recommendations through a competitive case-based format.
Industry Live Projects & Consulting Engagements
At Synergy, members work on live consulting and research projects, delivering PredictRam research and GTM strategies for Optylize Consulting, supporting Nayka Bihar and Pyare Foundation, conducting field research with Nikore Associates, and preparing industry reports for Aventus Partners, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world business, consulting, and financial analysis.

Open to founders from all backgrounds and experience levels with a passion for building something meaningful. Teams with scalable business models and innovative solutions are encouraged to apply.
Funding & Investment Details
Selected startups will receive equity-based funding through pre-seed or seed-stage investments. The ticket size will be determined based on evaluation, growth potential, and innovation strength.

Selection Process
STAGE 1
Startup Registration
Applicants must submit their startup details through the official application portal on Synergy’s website. This stage collects essential information about the startup, founding team, sector, and contact details for the evaluation process.
STAGE 2
Founder Questionnaire
Shortlisted applicants will receive a detailed Founder Questionnaire via email to share insights on their business model, traction, market opportunity, and funding needs. An evaluation fee of ₹499 must be paid to complete this stage.
STAGE 3
Venture Screening Round
Based on the questionnaire responses, around 25 startups will be shortlisted for the screening round with the participating venture capital firm. Selected startups will submit a short elevator pitch summarizing their venture and investment thesis.
STAGE 4
Live Venture Pitch
From the screened pool, 8–12 startups will be selected to present their venture in a live pitch session at the Delhi Young Leaders’ Venture Conclave before investors, founders, and ecosystem leaders.
